General
What is SecurityBot? SecurityBot is a comprehensive Discord security solution designed to protect Web3 communities from scams, impersonation, and unauthorized activities.
How do I get started with SecurityBot?
You can add SecurityBot to your server for free at securitybot.gg. Run /setup after inviting the bot and you'll be protected in minutes. For the full toolkit, subscribe to Premium at securitybot.gg/dashboard.
Is SecurityBot free? Yes. SecurityBot has a free tier with scammer join alerts, chat filters (10 actions/day cap), limited allowlists, CAPTCHA verification, and activity logging. For unlimited filtering, auto-ban, impersonation protection, and the full feature set, upgrade to Premium. See Plans & Pricing for a full comparison.
What are the free tier limits? The free tier includes 10 chat filter actions per day, limited allowlist entries (20 links, 5 wallets, 5 invites, 5 handles), up to 3 exempt channels, and alert-only scammer detection. Exempt categories are Premium-only. When you hit a limit, SecurityBot notifies you in your log channel. See Free Tier Limits for full details.
What happens when my Premium subscription expires? Your server is automatically downgraded to the free tier. The bot stays in your server with limited features and no data is lost. You can renew anytime from the dashboard to restore full Premium access.
How do I upgrade from Free to Premium? Visit securitybot.gg/dashboard, log in with Discord, select your server, and choose a plan. After checkout, your server is instantly upgraded with all Premium features enabled.
